Witches and Humans (open)

We live in a perfectly normal world, live in a perfectly normal city, and go to a perfectly normal school. Luckily not everyone is perfectly normal if they where this would be a pretty boring story.
In this roleplay, you are either a witch or a human. Humans are well human. they have no power and don't know that witches exist. they live there lives normally like there isn't constantly something weird going on in their city. Witches have power. They can do spells and make potions. A witch can only do minor spell on there own but if they are in a big group they can do a lot of damage. Spells are usually little rhymes. the longer the rhyme the more powerful the spell and also the more energy that is drained from the witch. Same goes to volume in which the spell is cast. The witches are in a coven so they all know each other.
At the moment the goal for the characters in this RP is to make friends or enemies. Without the humans finding out about the witches. For now, they are all just teenagers going to high school. There will be an actual storyline once the characters get to know each other.

Rules

1. No Mary Sues. Your characters are going to get hurt and drained from using magic
2. Swearing is allowed
3. No hating on actual people
4. No more than 3 characters per person, please. and if you have 3 at least one has to be human

BTW "witch" is used for females, males, and non-binary characters. Warlock isn't used because warlock= oath breaker. its sort of like calling someone a motherfucker

(That's really cool! I've been trying to do research on religions like Wicca even though in my book I don't think I'm going to have the witches follow a religion.)

Name: Finn Bishop
Nickname: He's called a warlock by most of the coven but that's not really a nickname
Age: 16

Backstory: His mother passed away when he was 12. She was in a potion accident that was semi caused by the coven. His father wanted revenge and he killed a few higher up coven members after joining some sketchy witch group. He was caught and executed. Finn now lives alone with his little sister. Humans think his father died in a car accident. The coven has practically shunned him becuase they think he helped his father.
Looks: His hair is black and styled in a fade. eyes are dark brown. Skin is light brown. He has 3 burn scars from different potion accident. one on his left forearm, one on his upper right arm, and the other is on his right wrist. he also has a small scar on his lip and a slightly bigger one on his right temple from playing football without a helmet both aren't very noticeable. his most noticeable scar is on his leg from a rogue spell it's long and goes from his ankle to his knee. tells humans it's from football.
He usually wears a t-shirt, jeans and then his letterman jacket.
Likes: Football, drawing/painting, and making potions
Dislikes: Judgemental people, later on, he doesn't like the coven, hurting anyone outside of football, and his father.
Hobbies: painting graffiti that really has sigils in it that protect the town, Playing football
Magic specialty: Specializes in potions but has gotten good at sigils because he and his best friend put them into their art/graffiti. when it comes to spells he likes to use defense spells becuase he believes in using his magic to protect himself not hurt others.
Magic skill: 6 he's not bad but he sometimes forgets simple spells and sigils.

Backstory: She's been an orphan since she was 5. She lived in the covens orphanage and told her human friends it was a group home. Now she lives with her best friend Finn because can't stand the orphanage. it's loud and shes the oldest so she always has to help out.
Looks: Short brown hair that meets her chin. Hazel eyes. She almost always has some paint or marker on her hands and arms. She has a few scars. most are small and scattered around her body from football, spells, and trying to paint high places. usually wears her letterman jacket over a crop top with some paint-stained jeans.

Magic specialty: she specializes in drawing sigils. when it comes to spells shes more offense and would be the one to start a fight and end it. She doesn't really like making potions and just leaves that to finn.

Looks: Green eyes that seem to shift and flow, switching between a bright green flare and an emerald green ocean - they glow a blinding green in the dark and in UV light. Generally light brown hair that also shifts colors - it can be honey, gold, blonde, auburn, dark brown, or other close colors. Likes to wear overalls, band shirts, leggings, and converse - sometimes Adidas. Basic teen girl.

Backstory: She lived with her abusive mother. Her older sister used to live with them but she moved out to go to college and never contacted them again. Her mother drinks a lot and wouldn't be home for up to 2 weeks at a time. when she is home she can be violent. Rhiley tries her best not to let anyone know about her situation and she always acts like everything's fine. she has an after-school job, does cheerleading, and tries to keep her grades up. She has no time for anything else or even any real friends. the only "friends" she has are the other cheerleaders but barely hangs out with them. she isn't out because she's scared her mother would find out.
Looks: blond hair and green eyes. her skins pale and sometimes she gets bruises but she's skilled at covering it with makeup. she usually wears random a t-shirt and jeans. except on Fridays when she has to wear her cheerleading uniform.

Finn and Willow walked into the school straight after football practice. They only had a few minutes before the late bell rings since the coach made the team stay late to welcome Finn back. It was his first day back at school since his father's death.

Lillian walked into the second week of her new high school. As a freshman, things were a little overwhelming, but she was sure she could handle it with just a little well-made tea in the morning. Just as long as she didn't let anyone look too long at her eyes…she'd already gotten more than enough comments on them. Hey, she couldn't control the way they shifted and changed all the time.

Rhiley sat down in math making sure she was sitting on her skirt. It was Friday which means cheerleading uniforms. The hyper-sexualized uniforms were the one thing movies got right about high school cheerleading. Half the girls hated them but they where tradition. she pulled out her English folder and waited for the first bell to ring.

Melanthea races to class, late as always. Helaine was already there, at her normal spot in the front of the classroom.

Lillian just slid into her seat as English began. She was advanced in this subject, so she was stuck with a bunch of kids that looked around sixteen. She looked around, a little intimidated, and tried not to let anyone see her eyes. She quickly whipped her head down as she made eye contact with someone.

(even though everyone's different ages do you guys mind if they are all in the same class and have the same schedule? it would just be easier Roleplaying wise.)
