Why is there so little activity in futuristic??
In the year 2077, passengers fly to other worlds in spaceships. Even though they can travel at the speed of light, the trip takes so long they use sleeping pods to freeze their bodies and consciousness for as long as the trip takes, sometimes even hundreds of years. The ships pilot themselves using AIs, so crashes are almost nonexistent. Unless you're shot down by anti-space travel Earth dwellers called Earthlings.
Today, your character wakes up after 252 years hibernating in a sleeping pod, with no memory of why they were on the spaceship, why they were going to Earth of all places, or how to survive in Earth's wild environment. Your character must defend themself from Earthlings, survive in the new, harsh environment, and learn how to control their new…gifts. Whether good or bad.
Play as any species you want, look how you want, and you can have up to 3 characters if you think you can handle that many. The characters wrecked in a mysterious 'radiation' zone, what kind of radiation no one is sure. The only thing they know is that they are changing and that they are stuck on Earth.
Rules:
Grammar: Do what you want.
Sexuality: Don't make them all the same sexuality, it gets kind of old.
Powers: DO NOT make your character crazy powerful. The changes are both good and bad, make sure the amounts are equal or have drawbacks to a power.
Be nice.
Please post at least once a day!

hello! before i post my template, may i ask what species are allowed in this?

Any species. Fantasy, alien, or completely made-up. It's in the future and they've discovered hundreds of other inhabited planets, so pretty much every species exists now.

Backstory(go wild): Ajax was a smuggler on the run from the authorities. He was chased to a space port and got on the first ship he saw. Didn't matter where it went, he just needed to get away
Appearance(again, anything): Super tall, light indigo skin with black markings on his arms, legs, chest and neck. Short wild white hair, large dark purple eyes whit slit pupils.
Clothes/weapons: casual gear mostly, black plain long sleeve shirt, tight deep red pants, boots, a long jacket with lots and lots of pockets. Likes big guns.
Gifts/changes: has a bit of telekinesis and can blend into his environment like a chameleon.
Other: he's a wise cracking a-hole.

Backstory(go wild): Blake's family and entire species is a peaceful, tree-hugging tribe despite their creepy appearance. Blake was sick of their rituals and mindless love and one day she turned and left. She got on the ship with no destination in mind.
Appearance(again, anything): Short, jagged dark black hair, narrow black(not completely solid, but no difference between iris and pupil) eyes occasionally hidden by hair, pale skin, huge grin and slightly pointy teeth, thin and lanky with long limbs and slightly pointed ears
Clothes/weapons: Long black heavy-duty trench coat, dark gray checkered button-up shirt, loose black pants and a belt with a large, curved black knife and a coiled metal noose
Gifts/changes: Teleportation(only if visible) and possession(only through touch and original body is helpless)
Other: She's sarcastic and a tiny bit hostile

Blake didn't even remember waking up, she spent the first five minutes of her consciousness coughing. Stupid breathing liquid. She squinted, suddenly realizing it was the middle of the day and she was looking at the sun. A second later, she was looking at smoke. She struggled to lift herself up as she twisted to look behind her. A huge wreck. Her ship?

Ajax coughed out the last of the breathing liquid with a disgusting spat on the ground. He hated light speed travel. He wheezed as he straightened against the wall, blinking to clear his cloudy vision. "What in the hell…?" Was that sunlight? Yellow sunlight? Where the hell was he? His home world had three blue suns so the light was softer, this harsh light made his eyes hurt. He stumbled walking like a drunkard through the ship. "Ugh." He groaned.

Blake shoved off the debris coating her and stood up. Nothing seemed broken. She looked around. It was indeed her ship that was blowing smoke around. What was left of it was in flames, obviously wrecked beyond repair. She heard a groan. Two other survivors of the crash were nearby, both aliens.

Blake looked up at another, more pained groan. It seemed to come from inside the ship. She approached the wreckage warily, glass crunching beneath her feet.

Ajax followed the sounds of other's moving about. Seems they had all survived a wild crash. Perhaps they would know more about where they were and how in the ten hells he got on this ship. He barely remembered his own name. Coming around a curve he noticed a rather small looking girl trapped under a piece of debris. "Uh–Hullo." He said carefully.
