Nice
What's your favorite song? Mine would probably be Wait For It, but I love almost all of them :)

Do you have a favorite character or actor? I think mine would have to be Daveed Diggs, I really love Lafayette and I think Jefferson is pretty hilarious as well.

For me, it's really hard to choose a favorite song or favorite character/actor. I don't know how other people do it.

One of my favorite things about Broadway musicals is how…yeah, there's something special about the Original Broadway Cast of each one, but to be able to compare different Broadway runs with different casts, and to think about how differently each new thespian's interpretation of their own character is.

…Giles Terera is not my favorite Aaron Burr, but I can totally see him as Hermes in Hadestown (André De Shields absolutely earned that Tony, I just think his interpretation of Hermes was a bit cold.)

I also fell down the rabbit hole of fashion history YouTube before then—Bernadette Banner loves the Hamilton costumes, Abby Cox and Nicole Rudolph have many many many criticisms and reservations…but from the latter's suggestions, I definitely want to make a red chemise a la reine and call that my somewhat historically accurate Maria Reynolds cosplay.

it is very hard to pick a favorite anything when you love the entire production

Yeah, exactly. And it doesn't make it any better when I hear the soundtrack over and over up to the point where I know every single lyric.

Are you taking the horse by the reins, make the red coats redder with bloodstains? And never gonna stop until you make'emdropandburn'emupandscattertheremains?

I went to France for more funds and I came back with more guns. And ships. And so the balance shifts.

I finished it!!!!!!!!!!! I love it!!!!!
Idk, y'all, I love the room where it happens and burr is consistently my fav

"Intelligent eyes and a hunger pang frame, and when you said hi, i forgot my dang name"

group

the room where it happens is SO good. i've also been obsessed with yorktown recently for some reason
"immigrants, we get the job done"

haha, I love that line! I actually wanna go into immigration law so it holds a special place in my heart

satisfied hits me hard. it fits for what I'm going through
And honestly, I've always been an "Aaron burr person" inside, but people always see me as and I force myself to be an Alexander or angelica
I don't think I have ever been completely satisfied though. Is it wrong to want more? I'm content but not satisfied. I think that's a big point in the musical.

group

exactly. is anyone ever really completely satisfied? probably not. personally, jefferson is my main favorite. also hercules mulligan :3

Peggy. I love Peggy so much.
But James Madison and Jefferson are also my favorites. I have a two-dollar bill with Jefferson's face on it.
Ah, and King George and Samuel Seabury are also my favorites.

Even though the premise of Reynold's Pamphlet is pretty bad, the song's still a bop imo

language
@spacebluelily language

Yeah, most of the songs are a bop, ngl

I also loved how they didn't just tell Alex's story. They also told Philip's and Eliza's story too.

Same. It's not in the musical, but real-life Peggy saved her little sister when a group of Tories and Native Americans attacked the house. One of the attackers swung a tomahawk at her, catching her skirts and hacking a deep gouge into the banister, as she made her way back up stairs.
