So, for a lot of people on this site I read their responses in certain accents. I wanted to see how many others do this and if they can guess my accent.

@fruitbatsandearlgrey

UhhhhHHHHHhhhhh,,,, maybe British??? ?? ? ????? I really don't know. But you better be reading all my stuff in the weird Canadian-American accent people make fun of me so much for

Ye, I was reading you in a faint Canadian accent…

@fruitbatsandearlgrey

Yeah, people say I act like the ultimate Canadian so that's not too surprising.

I have a weird accent…

Whenever I read other people’s writing, I usually only have one voice for everybody unless they type in a very distinct manner and I converse with them a lot and get a sense for their personality. In that case, I developed a specific voice for them. Like, I know that Lex, Shuri, and Emi all have their own voices in my head. I can’t really describe them to you, though. Also, I always read everyone’s writing with an American accent unessI’ve heard them speak. The voice in my head for my own internal monologue isn’t even my actual speaking voice, and sometimes it changes. When I first started watching Dan and Phil, my inner voice started having a British accent, but then faded back to my own (mildly Southern) American accent. It’s wack.

I read you in like a… Light voice that sounds like mystical?

Yeah. Btw, lex, where are you even from?

I read you in like a… Light voice that sounds like mystical?

That’s weird considering my voice is kinda deep for a woman. Like, one time I was mistaken for a dude by a clown in the woods at night. But I’ll take it.

Yeah… I'm the only person in my school's theatre department that can do accents and from doing a lot of them… My voice has picked up on the certain tilts and integrated them into my own voice.

@Norepinephrinxx

Thats really cool
