My parents are great and stuff but I can’t be myself around them. Anything I say is taken as ‘teenager sass’ or something like that and it drives me absolutely insane. I can talk intelligently and have my own opinions, right? Well, they don’t think so, and I can’t talk to them about it because they won’t pay attention, and if they do, they will forget in three seconds. When I tried to talk to them, they legit said, “Don’t sass me,” and took away my iPad. I’m so freaking annoyed rn.
