I really do appreciate the offer, and I may come to you at some point, but right now, I have a pretty good support system irl: friends, family, counselors/therapists, church (my pastor especially). I realize sharing my problems with more people won't really help me, because other people can't solve my problems, so I'm going to wait a while before going into depth with someone new.

I'm not going to wear tight clothes, makeup, or anything pink
So what's a good way to do that?
I already glued fake nails on

Um, first of all, make sure you're doing this for you, not because of pressure :)
Jewelry helps. I guess. And wearing you hair either down, in an uberhigh ponytail, or in two braids kinda gives off a feminine vibe.
With your nails, keep them done. Don't wait for these to come off and never do them again; Take these off (eventually) and put new ones on. Repeat.

But my hair is shaved on one side and is down to my chin on the other, so I can't really do much with it
