Legit had a panic attack last night and now I keep getting this weird panic attack feeling

Thinking about the panic attack makes me almost have a panic attack
And that's totally plausible. Just take deep breaths.
But know that once you start having a panic attack, it will be okay. It feels very not okay, and that makes you panic more, and that makes it get worse.
However, panic attacks only last 30-60 minutes, and you kind of just have to ride it out.
My coping mechanism is mostly getting someone by my side who can help me count out breaths to slow my breathing down once the panic attack is going, and then I just lean on them.
Just be gentle with yourself. Afterwards, you're going to be exhausted. Take a nap/go to bed, drink lots of water, and get some food.
