then that november we went to Yale for the finals round of that academic competition and by this point I have a big crush on her.
this time we're sharing a hotel room and a bed
and obviously we're both ace so nothing really happens
but that first night she kinda cuddled into me but I kinda jerked away bc I wasn't expecting that and I don't cuddle with ppl a lot. So she was like "you are terrible at cuddling." I told her that I had never really cuddled before, I had no one to cuddle with. She said "that's tragic" and eventually she went to sleep and we were v close together but not quite spooning? Fun fact she talks in her sleep. It starts at about 1 am. (we had a sleepover a few weeks ago and it started at 1 am both in Yale and at her house) The two things I remember most are "kill me" and "come into my kitchen, we're cooking my chicken" so yeah v random
but that was super fun
also it was tragic bc after that first night we never really cuddled again that trip
but like every night I remember being awake after she fell asleep and being like ??? she's so perfect how the heck am I in this situation can I kiss her would that wake her up would that be weird???
