So I've recently been diagnosed with depression and anxiety and apparently there's a high risk of me committing selfharm/suicide, both of those are things I'd never do but I'm really worried and I don't really have anyone to talk to.

I feel like that all the time. You need to remember that there will always be one person in this world that is counting on you to stay alive, and that you could be the only reason they are staying alive.
