Book recommenedations?

I'm always looking for new books to read, and I was wondering if anybody has any good recommendations. I enjoy young adult or teen fiction. Dystopian and thrillers are really fun to read (in my opinion). I have some recommendations too, if anybody wants some.

Thanks! Actually I have been thinking about the Maze Runner Series, but what is the Giver Series all about?

@Relsey-TheElder

The Squire's Tales is long but stays entertaining for the entire 10 book series so it'll keep you busy

The Giver series is about a boy who lives in a world where everything is planned out. Your spouse, your job, your entire life. Everything. (Crap I am not good at describing things bear with me,) When you reach a certain age, you receive your job. When the boy's turn arrives he is chosen for a special job, the Giver.
It'll rip your heart out and I totally recommend it!

@Relsey-TheElder

Basically It's about a Utopia created by taking away every ones ability to chose

Oh…I'm sorry….

As long as you don't give to many details, it's all okay. I just like a summary, like reading the back of the book or the inside of the cover. :P Thanks guys!

@Relsey-TheElder

It was unfortunate, but I rose from the ashes and read some Eragon after

Its annoying that they don't put summaries on the back of the books. Like, I want to know what the story is, not what American blah blah blah fart noise thought about it!

I can relate! Like if some famous author read your book and commented on it, yea, sure that's awesome. But you also have to make your audience want to read it. Not bore them…

@Relsey-TheElder

Actually the official name for the little summary you find on books is called a blurb and not enough books have them these days, like you have to skim though every compliment and award the book has to find it

You're right - Why'd I forgot it's called a blurb? I knew that. I guess summary works as well. I don't know.. - I agree, trying to find what the book is about isn't fun when you have to read through little awards.

@Relsey-TheElder

Another good book series is Dragon Riders of Pern, It's in the Pg-13 range though not by much, if you like dragons though there's a book in the same universe by the same author called Dragonsong that's perfectly clean

Petey, The False Prince trilogy, The Mark of the Thief trilogy, The Lunar Chronicles, Scythe, Lost Stars (its a Star Wars book but it’s really good!), Penny From Heaven, The Westing Game, Turtle In Paradise, Hamlet, The True Meaning of Smekday, The Hunger Games trilogy, the Willow Falls books, Cyclone.

@m1dn1g7t_ri0ts_13

I actually read the Westing Game about a year ago. It was really good. If your into mysteries you should check it out.

I looked up the Westing Game on goodreads and it actually sounds really good, I'll try to find it somewhere.
