CALLING ALL MARVEL FANS! I HAVE A QUESTION

My question is that what powers do the infinity stones have to offer when infused with a human? Like are there specifics or is it all random? Like Scarlet Witch's I can understand. However, her brother Pietro got Super Speed, like how is that even related? Vision has kind of a mix of both their powers, but interestingly, he can't read minds. Anyone care to explain?

Honestly, aside from the powers that come on the tin, I don't see what else they could offer. It took four people to handle the Power Stone, and both Wanda and Pietro had something like a fraction of their power. The only other people that were able to handle every stone were Ms. Marvel and Iron Man after some HEAVY modifications.
