Marcos nodded, satisfied with the boy's response. Finally, they reached the back of the palace, and it was impressive to say the least. What seemed like millions of dull-silver leafed trees stretched into the distance, glowing silver orbs hanging from most. They also had dull grey orbs hanging from them; occasionally, one would have the dull coating fall off, revealing the luster beneath. The barks of the trees were deep brown, veins of silver pulsing up them. Snaking through the orchard was a silvery creek, and at the creek's edges grew nine large golden blooms, with a multitude of smaller ones scattered about the edge.
"Be careful what you touch," Marcos warned. "And do not touch the water, no matter what."
