The YouTube artist LavenderTowne might have some tips, same with Mark Crilley and Learn2DrawManga. You should also look up Artist4EverAfter and subscribe to her channel, not because she’ll help you with comics but because she’s my IRL best friend and as a good friend I have to advertise her everywhere

OH HEY! I HAVE COME! I SHALL ATTEMPT TO ASSIST YOU IN COMIC WRITING!
So, I usually start a comic with a story. Write what you wanna write. From there, divide your story into small sections. Divide it there into a few different scenes. Then, I go and work on illustrating it! There's no wrong way to do a comic. You do you. This is just how I do it.

I don’t have one either and I can’t get one until I’m 14 or something because I’m my family 14 is the magical age where you’re allowed to use the internet, learn about the existence of other religions/sexualities/political opinions, and hear curse words… Oh wait a minute I’m already doing that a year early… Sorry mom (I still can’t get an instagram though)

Maybe… One of my friends, Djfibi, they created a comic and put it on there but everyone kept asking to be on the taglist when Fibi said they would not have a tag list becuase it gave them enxiety.
