For those of you who don't know. I have an eating disorder. I've been struggling with eating disorders for about a year now. It started out small. I would eat a lot then not eat for the rest of the day. Then I thought I got a bit better over the summer. It turns out, I didn't. I would eat a lot of cheeze-itz because they made me feel sick and made it hard for me to eat other things. When school started up again I ate normally! i'd skip breakfast because I felt too sick to eat in the morning, have a school provided lunch, have a snack after school, and eat dinner. But then I started feeling bad about buying food at school so I stopped eating at school. It felt bad at first, I was hungry a lot. but then I got numb. It was kinda nice being numb and I enjoyed it. I got back more healthy eating habits but then lost them. Earlier this week I didn't eat anything except a bowl of cherrios. I felt really sick, like I was gonna pass out and faint and puke all at the same time. I was really dizzy. But then I ate something, and it fixed my problem. I've been slowly trying to know my needs and limits when it comes to food. Please, belive me when I say, it gets better. It may take weeks. It may take years. It may take months. But it will get better. You just need to learn.

I've been going through something similar for the past fourish, almost five years. Idk which of y'all know, but I'm fresh outta high school and standing at a whopping 19 years of age. When I was younger, I was constantly bullied for the very little fat I had. At 14 or 15, the pressure got to me and I went on a food strike. Now, the bullying wasn't the only cause, it was also because school food made me feel sick. I also never ate breakfast bc I did t have the time, so through middle school I only ate diner 5/7 nights a week. In high school, once my brothers started working at night and/or moving out, there were less people so my parents when out more. For sl.e reason the act of reheating food made me feel sick, so I never ate on those nights, leading it to be 2/7 days I ate dinner. Dinner being the ONLY thing I ate. Then later in High school I started eating lunch again, but at the expense of eating dinner, so it became lunch 5/7 days a week and that's it. I am doing slightly better, eating lunch EVERY day and dinner most days.

Don't mind my sob story, guys.I
Though, I will still constantly have bouts to where I feel too sick to eat and can't eat anything.

Currently scheming with Liz to get my screen time removed again bc my phone is my anxiety crutch and if I only have 3 hours a day on it that’s kind of bad for my mental health, which is already hanging by a thread
