Though, the biggest crush has to be on Ganondorf from The Legend of Zelda series. I don't know why.

Lotor from VLD is pretty much the only relevant one right now, but when I was little my first fictional crush was WALL-E, mainly because I watched the movie almost every day for a whole summer. I guess it set the pattern for the AI always being my favorite character
