Shakespeare is revered as a sort of literary pioneer, but in all actuality he was a shade-throwing memelord who couldn't go a single work without plagiarizing.

So yes, I love him, but not as a composer of the classics. I love him as the true troll he really was. He's probably laughing in his grave at how seriously his plays are taken when they're just comedies filled with dick jokes and throwing shade at competitors.
