So… Black is a slimming color… It'll help you look lean… If you wear a black shirt or coat, with white stripes (lighter colors mske things look bigger) on the shoulders, it'll make your shoulders look broader and thicker…
And wear baggy pants, as physically, male and female legs typically look different… Hiding that will work wonders… Roll up your sleeves on any black coat you wear, it'll make yout forearms pop and look bigger…

But there's more…

Nice!
I wear black all the time

@Shuri-the-Floof-Doggo

Obviously beanies and hats can help hide your longer hair…
Wear watches and belts more, for some reason they're associated with mens' wear…
Chest-binders are great too… I wish I could buy each of you one!

As for gaining strength… You obviously need to sleep more. People under the age of 20-23 need to eat more animal proteins as you're at the age where those are still important. Especially eggs, fish and dairy. Avocado is great, avocado on toast is better…
Focus on full body workouts, training muscle-groups is for body-builders who focus more on looks than strength… Meanwhile, training your whole body at once gets you power… Go for that…

lmao red please don't kill me like that my family can only take so much

also I highkey wanna try that now. I legit only have like four pairs of pants bc I can't fucking go and buy any new clothes bc my family is using my room to hoard things now, but usually I feel really good in like a white shirt that says "dead inside" and a black zip up hoodie with the sleeves rolled up. I have a beanie somewhere, and I wear a watch and bracelets and stuff. guess I'll have to go shopping in sweden then lol

@Shuri-the-Floof-Doggo

Hah! It really works!

@_sleeby_rat_

I mean I don't ever wear bright stuff normally so dark clothes will work well for me

and when I'm in sweden I can buy and do whatever I want. freedom!

@Shuri-the-Floof-Doggo

Train your core with pushup planks for as long as you can hold, as well as abdominal planks for as long as you can too… Work out a reasonable number of reps per set to do situps, crunches, Russian twists, and such…
If you have weights, don't arch your back on the bench-press. Or on the squat… Keep your core straight and rigid, contract with each repetition. Do HIIT workouts…
DO NOT EGO LIFT! Do what you can… If that's just the bar, then so be it…
(If you don't know these exercises, look them up…)

hhhhh I wanna try these now… I'm not even sure if I can bench press the bar though oof

oof I don't wear skirts or dresses. I'm way too self conscious for that, and they just feel weird. not to mention they're way to feminine for me. but I think I'm gonna go shopping this weekend to get stuff for some new outfits that'll help me with my dysphoria

I'm not out to anyone and can't buy anything even close to pride apparel or binders…
