Well I usually try from 8:00 pm or 9:00 pm since I wake up at 5:00 am every weekday and have poor sleep patterns (tossing and turning, insomnia, nightmares, etc.).
But keep in mind that one's sleep cycle doesn't truly stabilize until you're done with puberty.

I just got in a bus. Yay out of the cold.

I have to walk down the street in the dark to get to my bus stop and it is creepy (Also people in my town aren't the best.) I hate it, my anxiety likes to be there with me as I walk also.
(Lots of drugs and dealers in my town everyone knows it even other towns)
