Does anyone have any tips on falling back to sleep?
if your thoughts are thinking too much, listen to chill music (sometimes any music works, sometimes it keeps me more awake– usually works better if ive been listening to any music for a few hours; seems to sink into my head and stifle the thoughts) and breathe into the stomach.
if you just are awake, like you are just rested to the point where you cant sleep cause you dont need sleep, just conserve your energy and see if you can drift off.
if you cant get comfy enough to drift off… sorry buddy it happens to me too, just do ur best to adjust everything to get comfy.

I JUST GOT THE PRETTYIST JEANS WAHT-
2 pairs of flare jeans!! Ones mid-waist and has like brass little buttons on it. The other is high waisted and is just a plain flare. I love them both so much. They're lucky brand so they're rlly good quality
