Also grabbing images from google still hurt artists. Their original art was taken without permission, and posted on google. And now anyone can grab it and use it. Which is still not great.
mhm fair. I'd say credit the artist if you use it for a pfp, if you don't know who the artist is just say so. (i think mine is an artist on the pjsk team(i think its from a card))
it is from a card, its offical art from the game, making it free use (i think)
As long as you don't push it off as your own art or try to sell it and make money off of it, then fair use laws say you can.

So, ai doesn't STEAL art. It takes inspiration from public art pieces, and creates it's own art. Just like actual artists. As long as you say that it's AI, there isn't really any problem with it.
