my current school is kind of abnormal, but they're "really considerate of mental health.", since they don't count ableism and racism as damaging. and at least reports of bullying is low, even if it's all just shoved under the rug cause the teachers prefer throwing a bandaid on it and calling it a day, or just more ableism and sometimes racism
