Sometimes I am in the middle of the story, get stuck, and can't find the motivation to finish it or move the plot forward. How do you guys motivate yourselves and find new inspiration?

Use music. Find something that inspires you to continue. Orchestral is very helpful at this, but anything will work.
Explore the farthest regions of your mind, come up with things that make no sense and stitch it in to make a complicated system.
Writing prompts, practicing writing often.
Work on side character backstories and mend them in to add more drama.
Sibling drama, that always helps! Add in some funny moments and once you're done diverting, you'll be inspired enough to continue on.

It finds you, more often then not. Being ready to write or jot down ideas at a moments notice helps when you do find the spark.
Also, when you don't have motivation…edit. Don't write.
@Blossom_Utonium That is true. I feel like ideas strike in the most inconvenient places sometimes and being prepared is key.
