My favorite teacher, whos class I'm currently re-taking just for fun, told me after class that I have the most consistently high scores he's ever seen in his classes. And this guys been teaching for like 20 years??
So that made my little heart go blushie and now I'm veryy happy

I spoke to a crowd of 700 and the parents of my deceased best friend and only cried twice!!! And met his parents!!! And did a good job. :)

Today I'm proud of how well it went with the horse I'm training. She's a really beautiful arab mare, may have mentioned her before.
But anyways, after our (very) successful ride, I let her into our arena to run around and roll a little, and since she wasn't running, just hanging out in a corner, I went to get her going a little. (Arabs are REALLY high energy, an we have her in a pretty small pen rn, so we wanted her to burn some of that friskiness away)
Anyways, I got the lunge whip and ran her around a little (not that I would EVER hit her with it, it just makes swooshy-swoosh noises) and when I asked her to stop, she came trotting up to me and followed around at my shoulder a little bit, which was really nice, since it shows she's starting to bond with me a little. (She didn't have a halter or lead rope or anything on, she was free to go here she wanted)
Sorry for the long story, but yeah, I've been feeling p good about that :)
