Flirt but act like you didn't mean to flirt. Take something they said and flip it so that it seems like the said something dirty. Tell them that they are beautiful/handsome in such an exaggerated way that they think you're just joking, but they will actually secretly like your exaggerated compliments and look forward to them , meaning = looking forward towards you. Everytime they do something nice, shout out that you want to marry them…and they might say yes.(or at least get use to the idea of a relationship with you.) Be nice and back them up whenever they need help, and then they will have your back.

3) Ask about his favorite type of cheese.
4) Ask if he likes any other types of food.
5) Find something similar about both of y'all's favorites and talk more about it.
6) Make sure to try and make an impression on him so that he'll look forward to talking with you next time.
7) Go on dates, get married, have lots of babies.

I value other people more than myself, to the point where I have no social interactions with them out of fear.

I'm pretty sure you don't bother anyone. You're just an introvert and no introvert likes being out of their shell. And they should never be force to either. But sadly society doesn't really recognize introverts and whenever you have to make a stand in the world for your living you're going to be taken a bit far from your comfort zone.

I'm pretty chill when it comes to most things. I don't like causing trouble for other people and will most likely do anything just not to cause conflict. But this year I was accused of cheating on an exam ( do to another person's fault) and I was most likely going to fail that course… But my dad kept on telling me to talk to the teacher (there was nothing I could do to prove my Innocence) and try and continue his class, just to see if I could barely pass it. (I have a deep fear of this teacher) I was like, "you know what? I'm just gonna fail this class, yeah that seems fine to me!" I didn't want to talk to the teacher at all all, but my dad told me I'd have to. I basically had a nervous breakdown and cried alooot. But I had to do it, I had to stand up for myself even though I was severely uncomfortable with it. But I won in the end, and I passed the class.

You're going to have to stand up for yourself too, and it will severely suck. But that just one of the same problems that are going to come later on in your life. So it's best to start now when you're still young and can practice. You have to learn somehow. Now I'm not saying that it's bad that you can't talk to your crush, no, I'm just saying that this will happen alot later on.
