Not as bad of a crime but it's not super good for your hair in the long run unless your hair is short as heck.

I just use normal shampoo and conditioner like a normal person.

I usually just use shampoo and conditioner but about one every week I'll just use water. I've found that my hair needs a little break from products every now and then and a lot of shampoo and conditioner make my hair produce grease faster.
