i may leave

my fellow writers and readers alike
i’ve spent several months on this site and you should know how much this time has meant to me.
Sometimes you realize that things aren’t as they seem and maybe it’d be better if I weren’t here because then I wouldn’t cause problems and cause even more division on the site than there ever should’ve been. Long before I actually signed up I had been kind of prowling around the site reading discussions and I noticed when I started pitching in things started to become a bit chaotic. The things I’ve said here can’t be taken back but all I can say is that this site has affected me positively in more ways than one.
I thank each and everyone of you from the bottom of my heart for the encouragement and for keeping me on a northward path.

The road the site seemed to start down when I joined seemed to have a lot of debris in the way

Then again, I personally don't think you've done anything bad. At all actually. In fact you've been nothing but a good influence on the people of the site. Telling them to stand for what they believe in! Being rather positive, and even a little bit wholesome!

Austin, it's not your fault that notebook has gotten a little hectic. I know the timing made it seem that way, but trust me. You've only brought good. Your music is beautiful, as is your personality. Never doubt your abilities as a musician or as a person.
Like AFT and Ella said, if you're leaving for yourself, do that. Indulge in a little self-care if you need to. But if you think that you're the one at fault for this, think again. You're an amazing person, Austin. I'm so glad I met you.

Dude, you're such a great friend! I'd miss you if you left. You never did anything wrong and even if you did, leaving isn't going to help. I think we can all agree that we want you around. You need to think about you too, because I want you to be happy more than I want me to. And I'd be happy if you stayed, but if you want to go then you should. Just remember that you are an amazing person with great talent and I care about you. Even if and when you leave remember that.
