I wrote so much so fast on the ACT essay section that my hand literally started tingling then went numb. Then yesterday I had to clear rocks/boulders out from our creek and drag a bridge across to one side so like the tendons in my forearms that lead to my hands absolutely hurt whenever I pick something up or write with a pen/pencil or just move them
