I want to go to Germany bc teachers can get paid up to $72k and I want to be a bio teacher

@SaltyLasagna

actually it's 89k for high school teachers, 72k is for elementary

@basil_

I have no idea what I want to do

@Shuri-the-Floof-Doggo

I'm fine in California, the land of pretty much equality!

@SaltyLasagna

or maybe I could go to ireland
ireland pays a lot too

I mean, I guess California is the closest to having equal rights as you can get in the US, but there are other countries that are doing so much better with equality and acceptance so I'd rather live in a different country lol

Indeed. I've been debating if I should move to Oregon or not, but I'm used to both states so I don't even know anymore. And if I do go to Oregon, I'd have to establish my residency and do all of the fun paperwork of moving states.

I mean… Yeah… But I like living the California dream… Although I guess I pay for it with all the expensive housing…

@SaltyLasagna

yeah, I'd never be able to afford living here, either. That's another huge problem for me. My parents are moving to Oregon as soon as I get out of high school, and without a bunch of roomates living with me, I'd never be able to afford living here.

Ok you want a country with equality? Norway. Sure it's cold, like really cold, but every person is required to own a gun, they have zero taxes, no crime, free college, highest paid men and women, same rate of pay, and the longest living life span between men and women. So Norway is the the best decision.

They're also one of the richest countries in the world.

See Norway got their crap together! Everyone is pretty happy in Norway!

I'd absolutely refuse to touch a gun so that's gonna be a no from me, sorry. I actually really don't like guns and if everybody is out there constantly carrying guns then I wouldn't want to live there. Also I really hate cold. A lot.
But the equality and low crime rate and free college and everything else sounds cool

Plus, Norway literally owes no one any money… They are debt free people!

They don't carry it on them, they just have to have one in their house. (Some weird safety purpose thing. Unless you register as a chaplain or priest. Then you don't have to own one.)

@SaltyLasagna

I don't want to own one and I don't want to register as either of those things… sorry. I don't like seeing guns and I'd definitely never want to touch one. Ever.

Ok, but if you don't mind me asking, Why do you not like them? (You don't have to answer if you don't feel comfortable answering it.)
