In Which We Complain About Our Siblings

My little sister keeps deciding she likes/wants to do all the things I want to do. Which means I get very, very little time away from my family, and the time I have I very much enjoy. My sister is two years younger, but she looks so much like me that everyone automatically assumes we're twins. (This has given me a certain amount of desperation to be my own person, and it's not good. She's even stealing some of my friends now.)

My sister has been completjng short stories. Which makes me jealous. And then she has the nerve to ask why I haven't finished any of my story. I'M THE ONE TRYING TO WRITE A FULL BLOWN NOVEL SERIES!!

What really gets to me there, is that my siblings get recognition for their minor accomplishments in art and writing. (My Favourite hobbies) and I don't. Even when the accomplishment is major. Mom goes "yeah, cool" or "I'm trying to work, not now" while my sisters get praise and hugs. I know this sounds childish but it does kinda hurt…. and J know my mom is busy. But that gap between me and them. sighs

Yes. But anyway… lets leave mothers out of this.

My sister is fifteen months younger than me, and she has her moments of ride-or-die, but those are often outnumbered by the moments where she is a flaming-hot BITCH. She also likes to yell at me for not knowing something that she believes is common knowledge, like "I'm sorry I didn't know what your boyfriend's name was the other day, I had only ever seen him in the hallways and never talked to him. Why are you hitting me?"

This is not a complaint…
I love my siblings… I don't get to see them enough between programs, two separate parents, and school. This weekend I don't get to see them at all. This makes me sad.
