The way I would hide my phone under my desk during class to spam refresh and respond to people cause I was so into this website, it was my whole life for like my entire high school career.
If you didn't have a "refresh every two minutes to see if they responded" phase, were you even on Notebook?

It's been another 2 years since I last posted here - this place does look much quieter than it used to be. I remember a lot of your usernames but not the personalities associated with them (except Nutella and also Shuri - remember him? He went on holiday to Russia with his boyfriend but had to cut it short)

i’m actually still in touch with shuri (which he doesn’t really go by anymore but i have such a hard time thinking of him as anything else LOL) and i know ella relocated social media accounts but i never learned what her new ones were. wish i did tho i miss her

All the elders and veterans grew up, we graduated and moved on with life and most didn't have the time for this place anymore. The ones who stuck around had lives to take care of.
I still rp (when I convince my brain to remember it) but I don’t have the unlimited time that I used to back in high school. I'm gonna be a junior in college and work part-time, I got shit to do sadly.

It's been forever it feels like. I was last really active in probably '22? Not entirely sure at this point.
I saw a couple of people from here on Art Fight (which I funnily enough, last attempted while I was still active on notebook) so I was like "maybe I should stop by and say hi."
I'm mostly doing fandom related writing nowadays, so it's a very different vibe than when I was really active here.

I'm still here. I used to be VERY active on notebook 6+ years ago, but around 5ish years ago I got rid of the account, healed from a few things and matured, then eventually I started this account around 4 years ago. I have been rather inactive with this account, but I pop in casually to touch in with the creative side of my brain.
