it's all about being very relaxed and chilled and taking life as it is, a bit like taoism. go with the flow, yanno? it's sort of helped me with my anxiety, because i'm like, 'come on, be calm, be a dude'
dude is a gender-neutral term in the world of dudeism
dudeism doesn't really think about gods, we don't really know if there are gods, personally i think there is no God or gods, but it varies to each dudeist. i don't spend much time thinking about it
same goes with an afterlife, we don't really know, we're just like, 'eh, doesn't really matter, just chill bout this shit'
yeah we're very chill about everything, which does help with how sometimes i can be a bit 'no-chill-hun'
