Well, I don't know if it will help but I have this trick where I hold my breath for around 7 or 8 seconds and then let it out in 2 or 3 and do it multiple times, it helped me before so it may work for you

True- what plays have you been in?
Well, I never acted (unless is for anpresentation) but I have done the scenography for Pinocchio two times, Romeo and Juliet, Peter Pan, a weird version of Hansel and Gretel where theh hubt withches (my classmates were inspired by that one movie, I actually played a witch there), the 100 hours war (some historical event), Hamlet, Jupiter (thd one I told you, I got to play a coronel that appeard there) and Dracula (I played John Harker)
Also, a few improvised stuff for presentations (a tourist, police officer, the daugther of an alcoholic…)
Oh cool- I haven't been in like anything exciting XD
We cut some exciting stuff because we have to keep everything PG 13 (that means no blood sadly, there were a few scenes that would look even better that way)

Yeah, Dracula could have been better, and the Hansel and Gretel thing too (well, I did bleed, I had to run away and fall to the ground and I scratch my knees on the process XD)

I also had a long skirt and nobody noticed, it was fun though, I even got to throw a pen at the protagonist
