Need help with character age

I have a character that looks 15 buts is actually 759, and another that looks 19 but is 1887, so the problem is how old will another character that come comes from the same race be? Like, what age with they really be if they look 3,4,5,6, ext, all the way through? I’m really need help on this :(

The thing is, the unit rates don't make sense. 759 divided by 15 is about 51, but 1887 divided by 19 is 99. I think you need to adjust the ages so you have a set unit rate. So one year would equal 51 or 99 years, not both. Then I could help

If you were to make 1 year = 51 years then
1=51
2=102
3=153
4=204
5=255
6=306
7=357
8=408
9=459
10=510
etc

I have not made the ages official, these were the ages I gave them when I started the book (2 to 3 years ago), I am willing to change them if I have to, but I want to keep the MCs age at 759.

(Because on a Valkyrie book I read the MC was 678 (something like that) and she look like a 13/14 year old)

Then if you are willing to change you would take the age they look and multiply it by 51, I showed you the first 10. I would be willing to calculate others if needed.
