But this is coming from someone who incorporates Catholicism in their practice, it might not be your jam.

Nope. And I'm almost a hundred percent sure that it was just a hallucination. People experience those sorts of hallucinations when it's really hot and they have fans or AC going. And my fan is very loud. I'm also pretty sure that there's no mystical being living in or near my room, mostly because I've asked about a dozen times
