This is a place for people with periods to complain and bitch.

@Crisis

Hmph
Why are you even here do you menstruate

Yes. It’s called manstruating.

Do your insides squeeze themselves out painfully five days out of every month

whats wrong? …whatr

@Crisis

Anywho I had a question that didn't get answered. Is it normal to keep having cramps after your period?

person_off
Deleted user

Yeah. It’s muscle contractions and tightness. It’s also common to feel literally drained.

Also did you know that tampons were made to plug bullet wounds during one of the World Wars (can't remember which) and then nurses found their more….modern use…

probably just like 'welp it's a hole and it's bleeding it's worth a shot'

Having your period is basically like having a really long anxiety attack and then the feeling of physical exhaustion afterwards because of all the effort it took to overcome that constant stress and panic. anD THE EMOTIONS!!!!!!!! I HATE THAT!!!!!!!! I LITERALLY CANNOT CONTROL MYSELF AND WHAT I SAY THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE WEEK!!!!!!!! I WILL CRY OVER NOTHING AND GET MAD OVER EVERYTHING!!!!!!!!

Honestly though, a friend of mine gave a kid in my class a tampon when he got a bad nosebleed and she told him to shove it up his nose. He didn't though.

Crying is because of an increase in estrogen. Testosterone keeps emotions in check hence guys don’t cry’ as much.

It would have worked.

I’ve done it. It works great.

Okay but guys find tampons even more disgusting than pads for some reason…
One of my friends actually keeps pads and tampons in his locker just for me because his locker is right next to the bathrooms and I can just get what I need and leave. He never questions when I come up, open his locker, take a pad/tampon out, and leave without a word. He used to keep tylenol in there for me too but he got in trouble for it so he doesn't anymore and I feel bad about getting him in trouble…

trololol nurses need to replace bandages with tampons in the battlefield and whatnot
I bet that would bring along a lot of respect for women

I’m a weird guy I guess… I have no fear of tampons.
