i thankfully don't get cramps, it's really just the blood, but does anyone else get the thing where it stops for a day, and then restarts the next day?

I had my period recently and my period is REALLY weird where I can get symptoms about 5 days before the blood actually happens oof
And the only things I really feel on my period are cramps and once in a while, but if I don't take my advil each day it happens then I get pains so bad that last for hours big oof
but LUCKILY this one wasn't bad just lasted a long time plus I'm going to get some birth control pills soon to hopefully help with my irregular periods
