So, you have to post them to like an image sharing site. I use postimage.org it's really easy to use and fairly understandable. I suck at explaining things, but if you need any more instructions lemme know and I'll do my best to explain.
You can upload it to something like that, like Jay said, imgflip is another example (most of us use that to make our memes), or you could upload it to drive and turn on link sharing (that's what I do for my own pictures). If you're looking to insert a picture from gogle, click open image in new tab and copy that link. Some work, some don't. Ones from reddit usually work, but a lot of times it's trial and error (not great if you're looking for pictures of koi for Tired Miriam, as most of them don't work)
