So, I need to add some flaws onto my characters powers!

OK… What are their powers?

Avery, has vocal based powers and can control sound. I think the drawback for him should be something damaging his vocal cords, does that sound okay?

Yeah. I guess…

Then we have Teddy who can control metal, I was thinking he gets something along the lines of mercury poisoning.

Maybe his powere are dependent upon mental and physical stamina?

Oh! Good idea!

Maybe atick with sensory details for one and pragmatic descriptions for the other… Stress the differences in their emotions and motivations…
