tbh the best shrimp I've ever had is extremely spicy shrimp curry with parsley and coconut milk 10/10 would reccomend

It's a Spanish dish! Apparently it was something that back in Ye Olde Times people would all get together and throw a bunch of stuff in a pot(rice, seafood, etc.) and make this huge dinner that everyone in the village would share. There's more info online and I probably got something wrong there somehow lmao, it's been a hot minute since I've even thought of it tbh. But I'm definitely getting my dad's recipe before I move out of the house
