and to the people who don't accept us for who we are then they can screw off and try to look through our point of view

And let's be clear: People don't have to 'understand' the community to respect it. So if someone tries to use that as an excuse, you can quickly point out to them that this is the same issue with POC communities as well. (Not trying to compare problems, just pointing out that this happens to both communities, sadly). People claim to not 'understand' as an excuse to not respect people and groups they hate for other reasons.

Right my gay *ss can't stand it when people make fun of all my gay, bi , or lesbian friends when they leave me alone. It bothers me and why our school has so many threats to blow it up and shoot it up.
