Well when you hop to tap your foot I'm the front and in the back you push on your toes so you can move foreword. Then during the front kick over touch and back vrs you stay still or walk a little when you need to out your foot down.
As for the heels. I'm always on tippy toes (autism sensory issues go burrrr) so my ankle strength is rlly good and also its heeled boot so the ankle stability in the heels are good

His name is zeppelin. Hes just a puppy he was abt 9 months old in that pic. He's almost a year now. He likes to bark and destroy everything we Give him. I'm not kidding. He's destroyed over 20 toys.

When I was in year 4 we had to put down our dog because he was reaaaalllly old and in alot of pain
We still have a cat and birds tho. My cat is a literally genius as well. He will get food from us, go down to the next door neighbours and get for scraps from them, and then go to my other neighbour who gives him treats and then back to our house for more food. He does this 3 times a day

we hd to put Pepper down cause she got mouth cancer and was suffering. but she's in a better place, with the other animals over the years; Serenity, my horse; Snickers, my moms cat; Safire, Scottie and Luna, other cats; ye they can all fool around in Heaven now.
