Tbf in the US, you can't get a tattoo under 18. And you can get one between 16-18 with parental permission. But no parent should be telling their adult kid what to do with their body.
oh definitely. as an adult, everyone should be allowed to do whatever they want. but your parents should make you wait for things like face tattoos and permanent ink until you've thought about it for years(when you're a teen, of course) or until you're eighteen, by which point you might have realized said tattoo idea was dumb af
