hi am hoh but like p much deaf and it is pretty shitty bc like NOBODY knows ASL bc they're dumb teenagers or old people who just like can't grasp it? i can speak which is pretty sweet but like nobody can talk to me cuz they don't know the words in ASL.

I'm hard of hearing- 60-70% hearing loss in my right ear. I know a bit of sign language, but need to learn more. it's funny, when i think about, of just the ways that i have to accommodate it, like i can't hear someone if they whisper in my bad ear, wear my hair up when i have my hearing aid on, etc. how about you guys?
