Guys I had a panic attack last night and my mom noticed that I was just standing in front of the water filter
She thought that I had hurt myself because I was biting my finger and like, legit shaking violently
I scared her a lot

I treat it like it's not a part of me

just an annoying tag along

Just start yelling at it

My anxiety's nickname is butthole, and many expletives, but it's name is Fre Shavaca Do. Social anxiety is Link, but sometimes I refer to it as Bryce
