Wishing i had been sleeping…. but who cares today is good!!

I’m doing okay, I had one of those nights where I lay down and am immediately hit with a wave of sadness for no reason, so I didn’t sleep too well and my eyes feel weird from all that crying. I’m doing way better now, just a bit tired I guess. I’ve noticed recently that those sadness waves are appearing way more often now, yet I can’t figure out what’s causing it…
