Will you have safety vests/life jackets/whatever they're called while canoeing?

I don't know. I don't know anything about the entire trip. Except that I have to go. And it's this weekend. I know we'll be doing two out of three (Biking, hiking, canoeing) and I'm assuming Canoing is one cause my officers mentioned a lake when I talked to them about it.
