FYI, I got a few PMs about this situation before and was monitoring for rule-breaking. I don't like to comment publicly about user activity and whether or not rules are broken, and prefer to handle things primarily in private. I'm aware of this thread and just want to remind everyone that we're all friends here, and all share common interests in writing, worldbuilding, roleplaying, and more. I think we can all be civil and accepting of each other; sometimes nuance is lost online and the benefit of a doubt can be lost – I think the best approach is generally for users to hash things out and resolve interpersonal problems among themselves, but I do step in when I think there needs to be a nudge in a particular direction.
No bans here, guys. But lets keep the pitchforks to a minimum in the future and remember to be nice to everyone, even if a first impression doesn't make the right impression. :)
