I just…….. I want to cry so badly
But my moms home, so I can’t

I’m just so busy with school and so much homework and I haven’t slept properly before today and all the anxiety and stress that I’ve been repressing has just piled up and today in class I had a random panic attack and I was trying to hide it but people could tell
About two nights ago I had a huge depression attack (is that what it’s even called?) and I wrote out pages of everything I hate about myself on google docs but I couldn’t make myself cry properly and now the power’s out, I’m running on data, I have a cold, it’s so freezing and my friend just messaged me a straight up paragraph of depression and she’s not texting me back and I’m so scared and tired and I don’t know what to do
