I had an anxiety attack because I left my phone at home, but that was hours ago.
Just drink lots of water, it helps calm you down if you take slow sips
Focus on your breathing, all that jazz, and if you need to cry and your eyes get puffy just rub the rest of your face until it’s pink, so it’ll just look like you’re blushing
