Alright since apparently is seems like two people on this chat self harm, let me just say that I understand the want to do it, and the relief it might bring, but really before the habit gets worse you should get help. Let your guidance councilor help you. I know it feels like the world is against you right now but really it isn't. You need to tell the truth, and I know you're going to absolutely hate this advice because I would have too, but please consider that your councilor might be able to help you diminish the want to self harm in the first place. Also, examine why you're hurting yourself. Is it because your home is not a safe place to be out? Is it because of panic/anxiety? Are you depressed? All of these different reasons have different ways in which you can be helped, but really the most important step is telling your councilor the truth. If the problem is your mother, maybe you could ask if your councilor would be able to keep things confidential? Really the most important thing is that you're aware of how special your life is, because every life, every person, is special and worth the entire world. Please don't continue hurting yourself for longer than necessary if it can be avoided.
